Hey, I’m Stu.

After spending 15 years on the creative side of an ad agency, I took the leap to the client side of the table to work for a start-up hard seltzer brand in Austin, TX. As director of marketing for Blue Norther Hard Seltzer, I handled every component of the consumer experience and interaction with the brand, from packaging, point of sale, social media, partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer marketing all the way to making sure the experience in our tasting room memorable. 

While working at the ad agency as a Senior Director, I was a centralized resource for creating groundbreaking omnichannel campaigns. These campaigns would combine the agency’s capabilities like social media, experiential, sponsorships, promotions, talent, or all of the above into an integrated campaign. My team of creatives and I would receive and respond to dozens of creative briefs each month with the expectation that we would have the right answer for the brief and win a few awards with our campaigns along the way. 

Outside of work, I’m a dad to an 8-year-old little guy and two adopted mutts. In my free time, I can be found working on my sailboat, messing around with my latest woodworking project, and trying to remember how to measure twice and cut once.
